area2invest and Finoa have entered into a partnership agreement for the custody of tokenised assets in the form of security tokens.
The crypto custody solution of Finoa offers the highest security standards based on warm storage capable hardware security modules (HSM) and biometric two-factor authentication. In a first step, investors on area2invest can open a Finoa wallet for selected tokens directly during the subscription process.
In the future, investors on area2invest will be able to open wallets at Finoa and settle their tokenised products in a fully automated way – making complicated self-custody or renewed identification measures redundant. Investors can view their assets held in safe custody at Finoa directly on the area2invest portal as well as in their Finoa account.
