The Tokenizer A/S is looking for law students interested in blockchain and asset tokenization to help launch and update The Token RegRadar – the world’s first regulatory radar focusing on security tokens and asset tokenization globally.

The Token RegRadar is a professional tool developed to assist lawyers, issuance companies, exchanges, STOs, asset owners, and institutional investors who need to safely navigate the fluctuating global environment of asset tokenization and security tokens on their own behalf or on behalf of their clients.

Your tasks:

• Defining and describing regulatory situation analyses of jurisdictions from all around the world
• Creating regulatory concept definitions within asset tokenization
• Updating and maintaining quality assurance of international data

You will be working around 15 hours per week and can work from home as much as you like. We also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.

Required competencies

• An interest in digital asset regulation
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Legal skills
