Since the early days of cryptocurrencies, one of the mottos of crypto Investors has been “do your own research” (or DYOR for short). While this advice still rings very true, the demand for credible sources and structured research is growing with the maturity and increasing complexity of the newer generation of digital assets.
Athena Intelligence is a consultancy firm based in Geneva, Switzerland and Shanghai, China the company offers specialised due diligence reporting for different types of crypto assets and hence expanding from traditional crypto to the next generation of tokenised assets makes perfect sense as these also require a combination of technical expertise combined with market insights.
“Due Diligence is intended to ensure the veracity and accuracy of all information and facts on the issuer of a security token. It notably includes an in-depth analysis of the project’s token and picks up on any and every red flag in respect to a project’s team, corporate background, assets, legal, financials, and reputation.” Says Pierre Ballay, Senior Associate at Athena Intelligence
SPiCE VC is one of the early and prominent security token offerings in the market, and as such, it is positive to see that it merits a high score of 82 out of 100 in the Due Diligence assessment and with an overall risk assessment of “low risk”.
