Ubitquity LLC, an enterprise blockchain-secured platform for real estate and title recordkeeping, has partnered with Mt Pelerin for its escrow and tokenization project requirements.

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Mt Pelerin is an authorized financial intermediary specialized in on-chain compliance since 2018. It specializes in asset tokenization providing technical, financial and KYC/AML compliance services for digital asset projects.

“Ubitquity is proud to be working with such a well respected company like Mt Pelerin in order to help our customers stay legally compliant in their property tokenization initiatives,” said Nathan Wosnack, Founder & CEO at Ubitquity.

“The name Mt Pelerin refers to the Mont Pèlerin Society, a group of brilliant economists and intellectuals advocating for an open society and economy driven by free market principles. These ideals align perfectly with Ubitquity’s, which makes this partnership all the more exciting.” said Wosnack.

Mt Pelerin’s ERC-20 tokenization technology, Bridge Protocol, differentiates itself by advanced and highly flexible compliance management capabilities (investor onboarding, MiFID II, etc.) as well as anti-money laundering regulations. It is capable of dynamically enforcing transferability restriction rules triggered by a rule engine, over multiple possessions, allowing in this way the application of relevant regulations.

“We are thrilled to empower Ubitquity with a robust compliance and technological framework. ” said Arnaud Salomon, the founder and CEO of Mt Pelerin. “It will help them propel their tokenization projects forward, and we can’t wait to see that happen as this is the forefront of asset tokenization adoption.” said Salomon.

Ubitquity has a number of Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) tools available on its unanimity platform, that it has successfully integrated across a variety of industries including aviation and real estate for escrow and title closing support, title abstracting, digital, hybrid, and paper notary support, smart contract management, as well as secure document management. Ubitquity can help with regulatory-compliant token sales, integration consulting, and more. The availability of each offering depends on the regulatory body (SEC, FINMA) exemption chosen by its tokenization clients.
